Why Govind Singh Dotasara could not convince angry Congress leaders?
As per report recently in rajasthan, when congress mla Mahendrajeet Singh Malviya joined bjp, then congress President Govind Singh Dotasra had given a statement. He had said that the departure of Mahendrajit Singh Malviya will not make any difference in the party. After this, the path of most of the congress leaders who were about to join bjp became easier. Now a large number of senior congress leaders are going to join BJP.
Earlier on Sunday, congress leaders will be made to join the party in the presence of President CP Joshi at the state headquarters of bjp in Jaipur. It is being told that the joining program has been scheduled around 12 noon on Sunday. Among the prominent names, former Union minister Lal Chand Kataria, former minister Rajendra Yadav, former mla Alok Beniwal, former mla Richpal Mirdha, former mla Vijay Pal Mirdha and Rampal Sharma along with many other leaders are being discussed.
Moreover the leaders who are being talked about joining bjp have been strong leaders of Congress. bjp leaders of his area are worried. The entry of those veterans into bjp may create a 'crisis' for the old bjp leaders. Most of the saffron party leaders who had come to the bjp headquarters were heard discussing this. Since, bjp has still not declared the names of candidates for 10 lok sabha seats in Rajasthan. Therefore, many of these leaders are also being considered as contenders for lok sabha ticket.
Perhaps Govind Singh Dotasara remained the president even after the defeat of congress in the rajasthan assembly elections. He was even given an extension for the lok sabha elections. Sources say that after this incident, there is resentment among the Jat leaders of Congress. Many congress leaders in rajasthan wanted someone else to be made the state president after the assembly elections. That resentment is now coming out openly. Dotasara could not convince the angry congress leaders, as a result of which a large number of senior congress leaders are now going to join BJP.
