Telangana - Raj Bhavan seeks more time to examine TSRTC Bill

The telangana State Road Transport Corporation (Absorption of Employees into government Service) draught Bill was presented to the governor by the State government on wednesday, and the raj bhavan has requested additional time to review it. According to a notification from the raj bhavan, the assembly was due to convene on thursday after receiving the draught Bill on wednesday at 3.30 p.m. According to the statement, it will need some more time to review it and get legal counsel before making a decision.

In a recent event, telangana governor tamilisai soundararajan asked the government for certain clarifications about the TSRTC Bill. The governor has thoroughly reviewed the TSRTC Bill of 2023's contents and has said that the administration must address any clarifications and discrepancies. raj bhavan sent a message to the State government as a result.
The State and the TSRTC workers' best interests are served by this request for clarity. An official release stated that "immediate reply with the said clarifications is hereby solicited to facilitate the Hon'ble governor to take an informed decision on the bill".
