It's Confirmed! Mersal Vijay has done Tax Evasion of Rs.5 Crores
Income Tax Officials have confirmed that Actor Vijay has done Tax evasion for Rs.5 Crores and he already paid a fine for evading Tax. But now a knife is hanging over his head and IT authorities may cut the rope anytime.
For those who don't know, An IT raid happened in 2015 during the release of his movie 'Puli' and officials found that he evaded tax of Rs.5 Crores. However, the compounding application is still pending and the authorities need to take a call.
The decision on the compounding application is based on the material evidence. Even Tamil Nadu's late CM J.Jayalalitha data-faced the heat in such a case. So, it's highly critical and 'Mersal' actor might data-face the music soon. Recently, IT raids happened at Vishal's office and he was also found guilty of evading Rs.51 Lakhs.
