Acharya Actresses Battle for Devara Item Song?
Koratala Siva, the director of hit films like bharat ane nenu and Mirchi, has a difficult decision to make. Actresses pooja hegde and kajal aggarwal, who appeared together on screen in his last film acharya, are fighting for an item number, or special song, in his next movie Devara, and it appears the filmmaker locked one.
Siva is well-known for including item-number sequences in his films; in Janatha Garage, he previously forced kajal aggarwal to perform a unique song called "Pakka Local." However, as a result of a creative choice, all of Kajal's sequences for megastar Chiru's acharya were cut out as he eventually cast her as the main heroine.
