She and famous businessman raj Kundra got married in 2009. Before that, Rajkandra was living with Kavita from 2003 to 2006.Raj Kundra had already gone to jail for producing pornographic films and selling them to rich people abroad. He was recently brought out on bail by shilpa shetty after a struggle. In this case, the fact that the enforcement department has frozen the assets worth around 97.79 crore rupees belonging to famous actress shilpa shetty and her husband raj Kundra has caused a great stir in the bollywood world.The enforcement department said that he was involved in a Bitcoin scam which is hugely popular among the youth. According to a case filed in 2017, amit Bhardwaj, ajay Bhardwaj, vivek Bhardwaj, and Mahendra Bhardwaj, who ran a well-known company, allegedly defrauded around 600 crores of people through Bitcoins.It is now reported that Kundra has defrauded about 150 crores. It is because of this that the enforcement department has taken possession of actress Silpa Chetty's bungalow and the investigation is going on actively.
