Arjun said, 'I started my career in the industry playing negative roles in films like Ishaqzaade and Aurangzeb. After so many years, once again I am going to do this. However, aditya chopra had seen the potential in me to play such characters long ago. Now once again I express my gratitude to rohit shetty for allowing me to play such a character. rohit shetty instilled confidence in me that I could play the role of a villain in his film Cop Universe.
Regarding the shooting of the film, arjun said, 'I always wanted to experiment with myself on screen, so that the audience can see something different. In such a situation, playing the role of an arch-enemy of the police in Singham Again is a very exciting opportunity for me. When I am on the set, it feels as if my career has come full circle. I started my career with a negative role, which got a lot of love from the audience, and now I want to get the same love from Singham Agne too.
