Alia Bhatt wrapped shooting of ‘Jigra’
Alia Bhatt recently wrapped up the shooting of her upcoming film ‘Jigra’. alia confirmed the same on her social media handle along with a few pictures with co-star Vedang Raina. Directed by Vasan Bala, the film is co-produced by Alia’s Eternal Sunshine Productions and karan Johar’s dharma Productions. It will be released in theaters on september 27, 2024. Alia’s other venture as an Executive producer is Poacher. The OTT series will start streaming on amazon Prime Video from february 23.Aditya Chopra will be leading an all-female spy film starring alia bhatt and Sharvari Wagh. Quite a lot of speculations have been made about the film, days after it was reported that Aditya Chopra’s yash Raj Films (YRF) has roped in director Shiv Rawail for the upcoming spy movie project. According to the latest reports, alia bhatt and Sharvari Wagh’s upcoming spy-thriller might have a connection with Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan and if true, it will turn out to be an epic crossover ever.Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan worked together in the 2016 film Dear Zindagi. According to a bollywood Life report, the makers are trying to build a connection with the storyline of Pathaan. The report further suggests that alia and Sharvari’s characters might be shown as Pathaan’s protégés. This is the first time that yash Raj Films will be conceptualising a spy film with a female-centric cast. Its previous films like War, Pathan, and tiger had male protagonists like Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan, and salman Khan.
