Anasuya shares her five healthy habits on Instagram
She recently took part in a live chat on instagram where she answered a few questions of her fans live. One of her fans asked her to share five healthy tips that she follows and she immediately shared her diet chat with her fans.
The fan asked “Can you share the five healthy habits you have if you don’t mind,” for which Ansuya said that she had hot water first thing in the morning. She said that she does Pranayama followed by stretches and crunches.
She also said that she will do some activity after any meal without sitting for 30 mins. She said that she finishes her last meal of the day before 7 to 7:30 PM. Finally she shared that it is important to question ourselves why before doing anything so that we will be happy without regrets.
