Pop star Taylor Swift's era tour has ended. The tour has become the highest-grossing tour with 16,000 crores (2.2 billion dollars). The tour covered five continents for almost two years and entertained one crore (10 million) fans in 149 shows. This is a record-breaking achievement for Taylor Swift. Coldplay's ``Music of the Spears'' grossed nearly double.
Taylor Swift has been giving her hard-working staff a well-deserved boost from her earnings. The pop star has paid out $197 million in bonuses to her tour crew over the past two years. She has paid bonuses to dancers, musicians, security teams, choreographers, truck drivers, caterers, instrument technicians, merchandise teams, lighting and sound technicians, and production crews. The Eras Tour, which kicked off in Glendale, Arizona, in march 2023, concluded with a spectacular final show in Vancouver on december 8. "We've been touring the world. It's the most exciting, powerful, and challenging thing I've ever done in my entire life," Taylor said. We've played over 10 million shows on this tour, Swift said. Swift's Eras Tour kicked off in the Canadian city of Toronto in march 2023. It has grossed $2.2 billion over the course of nearly two years, with $1.04 billion coming from the North American tour. That number is estimated to be $2.2 billion worldwide.
