To immediately address customer complaints, the hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) plans to restart its popular interactive program, "Dial Your MD." After a break since 2019 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Board Chief C. sudarshan Reddy will restart the programme today, june 15. Every two weeks, the program will run from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

Customers can contact 040-23442881/23442882/23442883 to report problems with water delivery, quality, sewage management, and billing. They must include their residence address and Consumer Account Number (CAN) in order to expedite a prompt response.

Apart from announcing the return of in-person meetings, sudarshan also launched the phone-in programme. Every Monday, dissatisfied clients have the opportunity to personally address their problems at the divisional general managers' offices.

With direct connection between citizens and top authorities made possible by this effort, long-standing concerns will be rapidly addressed and consumer satisfaction will rise very soon.

During the board's 'Dail your MD' initiative, which was revived on saturday after a four-year break, HMWS&SB managing director sudarshan Reddy answered 36 calls. The concerns concerned leaks from water pipe lines, insufficient pressure in drinking water, sewage overflow, and tainted water.
