Aavesham, the most recent malayalam blockbuster from Fahadh Faasil, will debut on amazon Prime Video on May 9. Although it took almost two months for popular films like Manjummel Boys and Premalu to appear on streaming services, Aavesham will be available on OTT in just four weeks while it is still playing in theatres. The film, which was directed by Jithu madhavan of Romancham renown, has received a lot of praise, especially for Fahadh's outstanding performance.

Fans have responded favourably to Fahadh's portrayal of the eccentric Bengaluru don, and his catchphrase "Eda Mone" is becoming more well-known. The theatre audience and the OTT audience, however, are very different. Aavesham's whistle-worthy moments make it flourish on the enthusiasm of a theatregoer. Watching it at home on a laptop or mobile device does not cause that kind of excitement for OTT users.

Thus, there's a risk they'll say the movie is overrated and not that good. These days, it's common for some OTT viewers to criticise popular films as being overrated. Om bheem Bush and Premalu are two recent instances. The movie Aavesham is intended for theatres. These kinds of films are best viewed in theatres. It will be fascinating to observe the response it receives from the OTT audience. Regardless of the reaction from the over-the-top viewership, Aavesham is undoubtedly a successful film.
