Following the filing of a defamation suit for Rs 3 crore by the well-known hyderabad restaurant paradise Food court against the social media channel "telugucrimefiles2023" for allegedly serving spoiled haleem, the city civil court in secunderabad on Thursday, april 4, ordered the removal of the video, comments, and posts criticizing the restaurant.

It is imperative to delete any more links containing defamatory and unpopular claims made about paradise by the accused Shaik Mansoor and Mahboob Hussain, as well as the networks TelenganaCrimeFiles2023 and ARA TV. The event occurred on march 25, when patron Mansoor Shaik talked about his experience eating the renowned savory dish haleem at the Begumpet branch during Ramadan.

In a video, the social media account "telugucrimefiles2023" said that paradise Food court, a restaurant in hyderabad, was selling stale haleem. In addition to ordering punishment against the offenders, the court has expanded its sanctions to include everyone participating in the video's distribution.

An ad-interim injunction has been issued by the court in favor of paradise against the channel, its proprietor, and other accounts for the posting of defamatory information against the organization or its brand "Paradise." This injunction prohibits them, as well as anybody acting on their behalf, from creating or disseminating any more defamatory statements about the company or its brand on any public or private platform, including websites, tv interviews, social media, print and electronic media in all forms, and any other medium.

Paradise filed a lawsuit against the channel for allegedly disseminating a deceptive film regarding the calibre of the haleem at a popular restaurant in hyderabad that was carelessly released without verifying the movie's substance with the indirect goal of damaging paradise Food Court's image.

The consumer and the social networking site allegedly colluded to extort money and mdata-align the restaurant, harming the enterprise to the tune of crores of rupees, according to paradise Food Court.

CEO of paradise Food court Gautam Gupta stated, "It (this lawsuit and order) should also serve as a lesson to many such other ill-intentioned people who wish to damage the reputation of businesses and jeopardise the customer trust."
