Telangana - 5 mins grace time for SSC exam

There will be five minutes of extra time for students taking Class X examinations between march 18 and april 2 to enter the testing facility. students may enter the center till 9.35 am, while the SSC Public Examinations will start at 9.30 am. Exams will take place from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, except for scientific courses and the first language composite course. 

The first language composite course test is scheduled to run from 9.30 am to 12.50 pm, while the examinations for parts I and II of physical and biological science will take place over two days from 9.30 am to 11 am.

Up to 5,08,385 students have enrolled to take the exams at 2,676 locations around the State, including 2,57,952 boys and 2,50,433 girls. 144 flying squads, made up of two constables, one ASI, and one official from each of the departments of revenue and education, would be dispatched to oversee examinations.
 
"On all test days, for which comprehensive preparations have been undertaken, the grace period of no more than five minutes will be in effect. This time, more security would be put in place at every center, telangana Today was informed by A krishna Rao, director of government Examinations. Hall passes are available online at bse.telangana.gov.in and have been sent to schools.
 

In the meantime, invigilators will be held responsible by the school Education Department if pupils get incorrect question papers. Examiners' questions and concerns should be directed to the chief superintendent of the exam center, who will provide answers to the invigilators.
 
According to the telangana Public Examinations (Preventions of Malpractices and Unfair Means) Act, 1997, "those responsible for the issue of wrong question papers will be punished for negligence in discharging their duties."
