 BCCI has removed two key players in the fourth match of the India-England Test series. It is expected to be a setback for the indian team. india lost the first match of the five-match Test series against England. However, india won the next two matches to take a 2-1 lead in the series. While virat kohli has been ruled out for the series, KL rahul has been rested after the first Test due to injury. He was said to be part of the squad for the fourth Test, but the bcci ruled him out of the fourth Test as he was not yet fit.
BCCI has dropped Bumrah, the fast bowler and vice-captain of the team, who was the main reason for the victory in the second Test, from the fourth Test. The bcci has announced that he will be rested only during the fourth Test. While there were reports that bcci KL rahul would come, the announcement that he has not fully recovered from the injury and is not fit is a setback for the indian team.
