The tents erected for the public meetings between prime minister Narendra Modi and chief minister A revanth reddy in the karimnagar district were destroyed by high winds and heavy rain. This evening, reddy was supposed to host the Congress' Jana Jatara Sabha in karimnagar, and on wednesday morning, Modi was supposed to address the people in Vemulawada.

In support of bjp mp Bandi Sanjay for the karimnagar Lok Sabha election, Modi was scheduled to speak at a public gathering. The bjp was aiming to mobilize one lakh people, but the rain wreaked havoc on the tents where all the preparations had been completed. As torrential rain battered the meeting location in peddapalli, attendees of the public meeting organized by the bjp fled in a daze. Bhajan Lal Sharma, the chief minister of Rajasthan, was the chief guest and chairperson of the conference. He had to give his address from his campaign car because of the rain.

On tuesday afternoon, there was a lot of rain in some areas of the karimnagar district, such as Sircilla, Vemulawada, Manakondur, Huzurabad, Gambiraopet, and Yellareddipet. The paddy that the farmers had dried at the paddy procurement facilities in Nimmanapalli village, peddapalli district, became wet due to heavy rain. Mango plantations in the districts of karimnagar and warangal were impacted, as the mangoes fell to the ground due to high winds and heavy rainfall.

Strong rains in the Suryapet district devastated standing papaya plants.
