The cbi inquiry is still ongoing, and the matter hasn't been resolved in court even after ten years. In this regard, the cbi has filed a court case to stop Netflix from airing this episode.

The cbi has petitioned the court to halt the show's premieres, which are scheduled to begin on Netflix on the 23rd of this month. This month on the 20th, there will be a hearing on the case. What the court's decision in this case will be remains to be seen.
