BJP Game Plan to Separate Naidu and Pawan
Is the bharatiya janata party aiming to detach Jana Sena party president and power star pawan kalyan from the telugu Desam party, led by former andhra pradesh president minister N Chandrababu Naidu? According to rumours in the media, Pawan may leave the alliance with the tdp even before it is created, if the bjp national leadership's strategy is successful.
According to sources, the bjp national leadership invited pawan kalyan to New delhi for negotiations in the coming days. Before that, he could meet with Union home minister amit shah, who will be in hyderabad on Sunday. While Pawan seeks final clarification from the bjp on partnerships, the party's national leadership prefers that he dissolve the alliance with the tdp and run in the elections independently with the BJP.
According to bjp sources, the number of seats the Jana Sena party may win in the next elections would be the same regardless of whether it forms an alliance with the TDP. In reality, the number may be higher if it competes independently.
If there is widespread anti-incumbency sentiment against the YSRCP, the people will defeat it even if the tdp and Jana Sena do not form an alliance. In such a situation, the tdp would win power, and Naidu will back the Modi government.
Even if jagan returns to power in ap, it makes little difference to Pawan because he has little prospect of becoming chief minister this time. So, whether it's jagan or Naidu, the Jana Sena would data-face the same scenario.
If the tdp wins power, the Jana Sena will never have the opportunity to flourish as a force, and pawan kalyan would never be able to realise his ambition of becoming chief minister. However, if jagan is re-elected, the tdp would be out of luck.
The jagan administration will undoubtedly become unstable during the following five years, eventually collapsing in 2029, at which point the Jana Sena will have the opportunity to replace the tdp as an alternative force.
"The BJP's national leadership is likely to brainwash pawan kalyan on these issues. It has to be seen if the power star is persuaded by this reasoning or joins the tdp with the sole purpose of destroying jagan," insiders added.
