Telangana Hyderabad - Expired stocks found during raid at famous bakery

On Saturday, the Food Safety Department's task team in telangana raided an ice cream shop and a well-known bakery in Hyderabad's Moazzam Jahi Market neighborhood. There were infractions discovered during the inspections.
 

Expired stocks found at bakery in Hyderabad

The task team at Karachi Bakery found expired inventory worth Rs. 5200 that included rusks, cookies, candies, chocolate cakes, toasts, and buns. The dates were not visible on the cakes and pastries, which led to the inspection revealing infractions of FSSAI laws. In addition, several unlabeled goods were discovered.

Fake brand water bottles found at ice cream parlor in Hyderabad

A task force squad discovered counterfeit water bottles at the Bilal ice cream parlor during a separate investigation. Additionally, it was found that the production facility and the store had been running without a license or registration. The agency decided to take action against the ice cream parlor and gave notice as a result of these infractions.

Products that had expired, including cheese, syrup, sandwich bread, ATC spices, and brown sugar, were discovered at Clove Vegetarian Fine Dine. Additionally, there were live cockroaches discovered in the ice cream storage container, and the carrots had a fungal infection that made them unsafe to eat.
