Delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal said on saturday that the bjp attempted to poach seven aam aadmi party (AAP) MLAs in delhi by giving them Rs 25 crore to swap sides. He stated that the bjp had negotiations with AAP MLAs and reportedly threatened the delhi chief minister with arrest in the liquor policy matter.
Kejriwal, in a long post on X today, said, "Recently they have contacted our seven MLAs of delhi and said, 'We will arrest kejriwal after a few days. After that we will break the MLAs. Talks have been held with 21 MLAs. Talking to others also. After that we will topple the aam aadmi party government in Delhi. you can also come. Will give Rs 25 crore and contest the elections on bjp ticket'.”

Although the bjp claims to have called 21 MLAs, our research shows that just 7 MLAs have been approached thus far, and "all of them have refused," according to the Chief Minister. kejriwal further accused the bjp of attempting to destabilise the AAP administration in delhi because they are "powerless" to defeat it in elections.
"This suggests that I am not being detained to investigate a liquor scandal, but rather to destabilise the aam aadmi party administration in Delhi. In the previous nine years, they have devised several plots to overthrow our administration. However, they did not achieve success. god and the people were always there to support us. Our MLAs are likewise solidly united. This time, too, these individuals will fail in their evil plans," he warned.
"These folks understand how much our administration has done for the people of Delhi. Despite all of the difficulties they established, we have done so much. AAP is extremely popular among delhi residents. As a result, they are unable to beat the AAP in the elections. So they want to overthrow the administration by arresting them under the guise of a false liquor fraud', kejriwal claimed.
Delhi minister Atish also accused the bjp of attempting to incite political turmoil in Delhi.
