Hari chutney for pakodas, sandwiches and chats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup green coriander chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 2 -3 flakes garlic chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or to taste
  • 1 2/2 tsp sugar
  • A pinch black salt
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  •  Wash coriander and mint leaves
  •  Grind all ingredients with just enough water to get the right chutney consistency.
