Substandard AP buses stopped by T-State?
Three bus accidents in a day's span in Andhra Pradesh shocked everyone. The bus belonging to Diwakar Travels killed more than 10 people and injured 30 others. Even before one could recover from the shock another two buses met with an accident.
Under these circumstances, TRS MLA from Mahabub Nagar V.Srinivas Goud threatened that the state government will not hesitate to stop substandard buses from AP entering Telangana at Kodad if AP does not give permission to Telangana buses.
It is known that rivalry between Tadipatri MLA, JC.Prabhakar Reddy and TRS MLA Srinivas Goud is well known. Sometime back Srinivas Goud in the floor of Telangana assembly went on record saying that private bus operators from AP were operating illegally in Telangana and they should be reined in.
TSRTC union leader Aswathama reddy said private travel buses are unsafe to travel. He demanded strong punishment to private travel owners irrespective of their political affiliations.
