Samajwadi party mp Ziaur rahman Barq's troubles are increasing. First a case of electricity theft has been registered against him and now his electricity connection is also being cut. He is accused of irregularities with the electricity meter. There were three meters installed in the SP MP's house, out of which two have been found to have been tampered with. Meanwhile, people associated with Ziaur rahman Barq's family have denied all the allegations. His family members said that there are two electricity meters of 2-2 kilowatts (4 kilowatts) installed in the house. Apart from this, a 10 kilowatt solar panel is installed and a 5 kilowatt generator is installed in the house. There are 4 members in the family. In this way, there is a load of 19 kilowatts. The load mentioned in the FIR is around 16 kilowatts.
FIR against SP mp in electricity theft case
On thursday morning, the electricity department reached the SP MP's house to check the electricity consumption. In which tampering of two meters has come to light. An FIR has been registered by the electricity department in the Anti Power Theft police station under Section 135 of the indian electricity Act (Amendment) 2003. At the same time, his father has also been accused of threatening the electricity department officials.
The electricity department official told the journalists that when his team reached the SP MP's house for investigation this morning, the family members were not opening the lock of the house. During this, two JEs ajay Sharma and Gangal were threatened by his family members, the SP MP's father threatened to take action when his government comes and said that when our government comes, everyone will be taken care of. A complaint will also be lodged against the MP's father in this case.
The SP MP's electricity bill has been coming zero for the last six months, it will also be investigated that how this bill came zero when there are so many electrical appliances at home. During investigation, it was found that the load in his house was more than 5 kilowatts. There are many appliances in the house including AC, fans, coolers and geysers.
