'Abo-Hawai' is not improving in Delhi, AQI is very bad!

The weather of delhi is changing rapidly. There are signs of further decrease in temperature in the morning and evening. The effect of mild cold is also visible on people's data-faces. At present, the weather has changed to a great extent at night. There is still some heat due to sunshine during the day. The weather will be clear in delhi on Thursday. The maximum temperature is likely to be around 34 degrees.

According to the delhi Pollution Department, there are signs of air pollution increasing more rather than decreasing. At six o'clock on thursday morning, the AQI was recorded at 365 in Delhi's IHBAS area, 346 in Mother Dairy Plant area and 276 in Alipur, which falls in the very poor category.

Delhi's air quality remained in the 'poor' category for the fourth consecutive day on Thursday. Some weather monitoring centers recorded its level in the 'very poor' category. In fact, according to the Centre's decision support system for air quality management in delhi, emissions from transport contribute to about 19.2 per cent of Delhi's air pollution.

Most cases of stubble burning in Punjab

Another major reason for poor air quality is stubble burning in neighbouring states. According to data received from the satellite, on Wednesday, 99 cases of stubble burning were reported in Punjab, 14 in Haryana, 59 in Uttar Pradesh and one in Delhi. The air Quality Index was recorded at 230 at 4 am on Wednesday. The air quality remained in the 'moderate' category at the weather monitoring stations located at ITO, chandni Chowk and Lodhi Road. The AQI at anand vihar reached a severe level of 430, while the Mundka station reported a 'very poor' level of 327.
