Mango or litchi juice is a product, not only these fruits but tomatoes can also be used for a long time in the form of pulp. Some companies have succeeded in starting the sale of Bihari products in the form of pickles. Their market is not only within the state, due to the large number of migrants (at least three crore), it has a big market outside bihar as well. There are dozens of such products which can be launched in the market with a little government encouragement (publicity). If Lijjat can be a big company of papad, then why can't it be of tilori, kumhrauri or adouri? If there is a market for roasted peanut, then why can't bhuja be marketed as oil free?Control over the rising and falling prices of tomato and onion not only benefits agriculture but also gives political benefits. If we go back a few years in the changes in the agriculture sector, i.e. in 2020, then on september 10, prime minister Modi has announced the launch of a project worth Rs 107 crore under the 'Pradhan Mantri Matsya sampada Yojana'.The prime minister has also inaugurated Bakhri fish seed farm at Dumra in Sitamarhi at a cost of Rs 5 crore, Fisheries college in Kishanganj for disease diagnosis and quality testing at a cost of Rs 10 crore, Integrated Fisheries Production technology Center in Pusa, fish feed mill in Madhepura at a cost of Rs 1 crore, Aquatic referral laboratories in bihar Animal Science university in patna, and fish on Wheels in Masaurhi in patna at a cost of Rs 2 crore and Agriculture university at a cost of Rs 2.87 crore. Now the question is that when the ministries related to these come to bihar, is fast agricultural reform possible?
