Many bigwigs of congress became victims of the bjp wave in Madhya Pradesh. These include former chief minister Digvijay Singh, former Union minister and many other leaders. congress had hopes in madhya pradesh, such speculations were being made that after a tough fight on 10 to 12 seats, congress can win three to four seats.

Shivraj Singh registered the second biggest victory in MP


Former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan managed to register a victory by 8 lakh 21 thousand votes from Vidisha. This is the second biggest victory in madhya pradesh by the margin of votes. BJP's state president vishnu Dutt Sharma is at number three. vishnu Dutt Sharma from bjp in madhya pradesh won by 5 lakh 41 thousand votes and he is at number three in terms of victory margin of votes. Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia won by 5 lakh 40 thousand votes, he defeated congress candidate Yadavendra Singh from Guna seat.
