There are 10 lok sabha seats in haryana - Ambala, Kurukshetra, Sirsa, Hisar, Karnal, Sonipat, Rohtak, Bhiwani-Mahendragarh, Gurugram and Faridabad. In the 2019 lok sabha elections, bjp emerged as the largest party, winning all 10 seats. While congress was yearning for even one seat. This time it is in the election fray with AAP.

In 2019, 70.34 percent voting took place. Talking about vote share, bjp got 58.02 percent, congress got 28.42 percent votes. At that time, the new party JJP got more votes than INLD. JJP was successful in getting 4.9 percent votes while INLD got only 1.89 percent votes. bjp had gained three seats in the 2019 elections, while congress had to suffer the loss of one seat given to INLD.
