On behalf of Akshay Bam, his advocate had presented an anticipatory bail petition in the high court on May 17.

Hearing will be held on May 29

The date of hearing on this was given on 24th May, where an application for rejection of bail was presented on behalf of the complainant Yunus Khan Guddu. Where the court, while hearing, rejected the petition of Akshay Bam and his father Kanti Bam and ordered the hearing again on May 29.
