Giving a big relief to delhi cm arvind kejriwal, the supreme court has approved his interim bail. The court has granted him bail till june 1. Let us tell you that the last phase of voting for the lok sabha elections is to be held on june 1. The supreme court said that we are going to give interim release till june 1. It is believed that cm kejriwal may come out of tihar jail today (May 10). According to tihar jail, it does all this after receiving the release order from the dependent trial court. His arrest was challenged by cm Kejriwal. Also a bail petition was filed. During the hearing on the petition, his lawyer Abhishek Singhvi demanded from the court that the petition filed against the arrest should be heard in July. On this, the bench of supreme court Justice sanjeev Khanna and Dipankar Dutta said that they should try to end the debate on that next week.

Kejriwal will surrender on june 2

The judge said that after ED's ECIR in august 2022, he was out of jail till march 21, 2024. The Solicitor General told the court that he should be asked to surrender as soon as the time expires. On this the judge said that arvind kejriwal will have to surrender on june 2. At the same time, the court did not say anything on the condition of interim bail.
