He will be buried in Vrindavan on Monday.Gopal krishna Goswami was born in New delhi in 1944. He was a brilliant student since childhood. After studying abroad, he followed the path of spirituality and became the Chairman of ISKCON's india Governing Council. Gopal krishna Goswami studied at Sorbonne university in France. After this, he received a scholarship from McGill university in Canada.Entered the world of spirituality in 1968ISKCON india Chairman Gopal krishna entered the world of spirituality in 1968. In Canada, he met Guru and ISKCON founder acharya Srila Prabhupada. He took the initiative to build dozens of ISKCON temples and cultural centers in the world. These include the famous Glory of india Vedic Cultural Center in Delhi. It was inaugurated by the then prime minister of the country Atal Bihari Vajpayee. ISKCON NVCC was built in Pune, which was inaugurated by the President of india Pranab Mukherjee.
