The broken glass now pierces the alliance well. There is political turmoil in the telugu Desam alliance. janasena is angry that they made it a free symbol when they asked to change it as a common symbol. The party also went to court on this. In fact, the janasena party is very serious about this matter. The janasena party is looking to resolve the decision of the Returning Officers by not allotting the Glass Glass symbol to independent candidates.

That is why the janasena approached the high court directly. The janasena party brought to the attention of the court that even though their entire party is capable of contesting in 175 seats, they are only contesting in a few seats because of their alliance with the tdp alliance. It has explained that they are not contesting in all 175 constituencies due to the presence of alliances. However, if they are not contesting, their symbol will be cast as a free symbol and the party has stated in the petition filed in the court that what is the purpose of allocating the glass symbol to the independent candidates in the remaining seats where Jana Sena is not contesting.

The janasena party made a legal challenge on this decision taken by the EC. Similarly, janasena explained to the court that this time they are contesting only in two parliamentary constituencies and 21 assembly seats. Therefore, janasena said that they are supporting bjp and tdp candidates who are in alliance in other places. If this matter is so clear, janasena questioned the ec through the court that how can it be allotted to independent candidates in the name of free symbol. It is reported that the election commission has been asked for an explanation on this. With this, the ec said that it will take a decision on this matter within 24 hours, and the hearing was postponed to Wednesday. What kind of decision the ec will take now is coming up for discussion.
