The court has given big relief to MNS Chief raj Thackeray in the inflammatory speech case. aurangabad Bench of bombay high court said that there is no evidence regarding the alleged inflammatory speech and incitement. Saying this the court rejected the case against raj Thackeray. In the 16-year-old case, the lower court had rejected the petition to acquit raj Thackeray. raj Thackeray challenged this order.

The aurangabad bench was hearing this matter. The court said that the lower court failed to understand the important points, and hence rejected the petition for discharge of raj Thackeray.

This is a case of 2008

This case is from 21 october 2008, in which MNS workers were accused of pelting stones at st buses in the then Osmanabad (Dharashiv) district. In 2008, raj Thackeray alleged that migrant workers from bihar and Uttar Pradesh had taken away jobs from people in Maharashtra. He was booked for instigating party workers who beat up some North indian candidates appearing for the Railway Entrance Exam in Mumbai. After this, sporadic incidents took place in maharashtra regarding the release of raj Thackeray, although raj Thackeray was soon released. In a similar incident, a case was registered against him and his workers. After investigation, a charge sheet was also filed in the case. Subsequently, raj Thackeray, who was arrested as an accused in the case, filed a petition for acquittal, however, it was rejected by the trial court.
