A case of violation of the code of conduct has been registered against former Union minister Arun Yadav along with congress candidate narendra Patel in Nepanagar police station of Burhanpur district of Madhya Pradesh, in which a case has also been registered against both of them under Section 188 of the Misuse of Religious Institutions Act. This entire action has been taken on the report of the FST team of the Nepanagar assembly of the district, which has also been confirmed by the Burhanpur Superintendent of Police. Senior congress leader and former Union minister Arun Yadav, along with congress candidate narendra Patel, had come to Navara village under the Nepanagar assembly constituency of Burhanpur district to campaign. During this time, he is accused of campaigning for the congress party in the Mata Mandir complex of the village.

The case has been registered

However, as per the guidelines set by the election Commission, election campaigning of any party cannot be carried out within the limits of any religious place. So, regarding this, the FST team of Navra district had given an investigation report to Navra police post under Nepanagar police station against congress candidate narendra Patel and Arun Yadav. After this, a case of violation of the code of conduct was registered against both of them by Nepanagar police station.

SP said that a case has been registered for violation of code of conduct.

In this matter, Burhanpur Superintendent of police Devendra Kumar Patidar said that a report has been submitted by the Flying Squad team under Nepanagar police station in which a case of violation of the code of conduct was submitted against congress candidates narendra Patel and Arun Yadav. Regarding this, a case has been registered in Nepanagar police station, which has been registered under Section 188 of the Prevention of Misuse of Religious Institutions Act.
