As per report an FIR has been lodged in the ST-SC police station on behalf of former jharkhand chief minister hemant Soren against ED officials. In this case, ranchi Police has sent a notice to the officials of the Enforcement Directorate under the ST-SC (PA) Act. In this, officials have been asked to join the investigation next week. SSP ranchi confirmed the matter and said that a notice has been sent. At present I am out of the city, so the investigating officer will be able to give more information.Perhaps in fact, a few hours before his arrest, the then chief minister hemant Soren had filed a named FIR against ED officers by filing a complaint in Ranchi's ST-SC police station in a money laundering case. The ED had filed a petition against the FIR in the jharkhand High court, in which the court had ordered not to take any punitive action against the ED officers. After this, ranchi Police has now sent a notice to ED officials.Let us tell you that in the complaint, the then cm Soren had written that when he returned to ranchi from delhi on january 30, he got information from the media reports that in his absence, the officers of the Enforcement Directorate had conducted a search operation at jharkhand Bhawan and Shanti Niketan residence. Because of this the image of him and his family has been tarnished.
The way the news was being published in the local media, it is clear that the role has been created to harass a tribal. In such a situation, on the complaint of the former cm, ranchi Police had registered an FIR on january 31 under Section 3(1)(P, (R), (S) (U) of the ST-SC (PA) Act. hemant Soren was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on january 31 under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in a money laundering case related to the land scam. After this, hemant Soren had sought permission from the special PMLA court of ranchi to attend the budget session of jharkhand Assembly, but this petition was rejected by the court on 22 February. After this, Soren approached the High court, but this petition was also rejected by the jharkhand High court on 29 February.
