On Saturday, while presenting the budget as Finance minister, chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that the country's first prime minister Pandit jawaharlal nehru believed that the children of today will make the future of india tomorrow. The way we nurture them will decide the future of the country. The chief minister said that his government is working with commitment to provide quality education to the children in Himachal Pradesh. He said that the education system of the state should be aware of new technology and sensitive to indian values of life along with inclusive equality and future building. He said that the government is making comprehensive reforms in the field of education.
