Three MLAs are spoiling the equation of SP, every strategy is failing...

bjp has fielded its 8th candidate in the rajya sabha elections. At the same time, it is proving to be as difficult for SP as the third candidate in this election. Because a SP mla is in jail. Due to which the trouble is increasing for the third candidate of SP in the rajya sabha elections, votes of 37 MLAs are required for one seat in the rajya sabha elections. But SP's equation of this figure seems to be deteriorating.

If we talk about statistics, bjp has fielded 8 candidates in the rajya sabha elections. So SP has prepared candidates for its three seats. But 108 SP MLAs are spoiling the equation of this test seat. Actually, one rajya sabha candidate requires 37 MLAs. Which ensures the victory of a candidate in this election. Whereas SP has 108 MLAs, the third seat of SP seems to be in doubt. Now SP needs votes of 111 MLAs to win. Only then will SP be able to win all its three candidates.

SP needs three MLAs

SP has a total of 108 MLAs. It needs 111 MLAs for its three seats. Now SP is behind by three MLAs in this figure. But there is talk of alliance between SP and Congress. So perhaps congress can reduce some of SP's problems by giving its two MLAs. Pallavi patel has made it clear that she will not vote for SP in Rajya Sabha. Due to which SP is worried about its third candidate. SP mla from kanpur Irfan Solanki has been in jail for a long time.

No guidelines from election Commission

No such guidelines have come yet from the election commission and the government. So that it becomes clear that any representative living in jail or judicial custody can come out and cast his vote. Looking at the current situation, there is no possibility of SP mla coming out and voting. In such a situation, the jailed SP MLAs may not be able to cast their votes in this election. Due to which it remains difficult to ensure the victory of SP's third candidate in Rajya Sabha.
