education minister Vijay Chaudhary said on thursday that we have asked the employed teachers to be patient. Nitish government will take care of the employed teachers. Some teachers organizations have also postponed the movement. The difficulties they data-faced mainly related to the competency test being online. Many teachers had problems in giving online exams. The employed teachers demanded offline i.e. written examination. We are taking this decision keeping in mind those employed teachers who do not want to give online exams, apart from the 3 online exams that are currently being conducted, we will also take two offline exams.

Employed teachers are demanding

You will get a permanent job and those who fail in the exam will lose their jobs. Three chances will be given to appear in the examination.
