Delhi court orders CM Kejriwal to appear, what did Bhagwant Mann say?

delhi cm arvind kejriwal has been ordered to appear in the court on february 17 in the petition related to the summons sent by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). When he did not appear despite repeated summons, ED had approached the court in this matter. After the order given by Rouse Avenue court of delhi, now the reaction of AAP leader and punjab cm bhagwant mann has come. Mann said that we will tell the court that the ED summons were illegal.

After the court order, bhagwant mann wrote on Twitter, "On the notice of Rouse Avenue court, we are studying the court order. Will take action as per law. We will tell the court how all the summonses of ED were illegal. So far, notices have been sent by ED five times to delhi cm arvind kejriwal in the matter related to delhi Excise Policy. In the last notice, he was asked to appear on february 2, but he did not attend the ED's questioning that day too, rather like the earlier summons, this too was termed as a political agenda from AAP's side. After which ED filed a petition in the court on which order came on Wednesday.

ED's action so far in liquor scam case

delhi cm arvind kejriwal has been accusing the Center that central agencies have been put behind him. cm kejriwal has also said that he is not afraid of arrest. So far, two big AAP leaders manish Sisodia and sanjay singh have been arrested in the delhi Excise Policy case, while ED has raided the house of cm Kejriwal's private secretary. AAP alleges that the raid is being conducted only to create an impression in front of the media and that the ED has neither searched the private secretary's house nor made any inquiries during the raid.
