A construction company belonging to former mla Jeevan Reddy's wife built a shopping complex by leasing the rtc site in Armour. It has cinema halls and many shops. However, due to non-payment of rent related to the lease, rtc issued notices. However, due to non-payment of rent, the shopping mall was seized. But former mla jeevan reddy made many allegations against RTC. rtc responded to this.

Jeevan reddy denied the allegations. TS rtc MD Sajjanar said jeevan reddy made false allegations. The management of TSRTC strongly denied that jeevan reddy made baseless allegations at his will. It said that the company is leaving these comments to his discretion. In terms of rent arrears, it explained that the company is operating as per the lease agreement and the high court orders. It said that more than 20 notices have been given in the last 5 years to pay dues.

Jeevan Reddy's allegation that no notices were issued to them is not true. It is completely meaningless that GST is not being paid to the Centre. It has been clarified that the order is paying GST as per the rules. It has been stated that the company is not compromising on the dues. rtc officials said that they are being collected as per the rules.

A few years ago, TSRTC awarded a 7059 square yard plot of land near Armor bus station in nizamabad district to Vishnujit Infra Developers Private Limited. The land was leased in 2013 under Built Operate Transfer (BOT) for 33 years to generate alternative revenue.
