JDU-RJD is prepared to offer four seats, whereas Congress..?

Here, congress is allied with Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and janata dal united (JDU). The state has forty seats in the Lok Sabha. congress was predicted to receive four seats in bihar based on the predetermined formula. congress held elections for the same number of seats in 2004 as well. In order to run for additional seats in this election, the party has proposed the data-face formula. At least 7 seats are up for grabs for the party. The party has proposed seven candidates for this.

The party intends to field Mohammad Javed from Kishanganj, Tariq Anwar from Katihar, Kanhaiya Kumar from Begusarai, Meira Kumar/Ajit Kumar from Sasaram, Kanjit Ranjan or Pappu Yadav from Purnia/Supaul, Nikhil Singh from Aurangabad, and Akhilesh Singh from Bettiah, according to sources close to the congress party. The party will present the same plan to the members of the alliance as well. The party had secured the seat of Kishanganj in the previous elections, and its candidates had secured second place in Katihar, Supaul, and Sasaram. Kanhaiya Kumar ran for office in 2019 under the cpi banner, however, he was unsuccessful.

JDU, meanwhile, is against Congress's formula. In an interview with ABP News, JDU advisor KC Tyagi stated, "We have opposed this because it is completely impractical." JDU is refusing to give bihar even a single sitting seat. Whether from Supaul or Katihar. Will you please give Tariq Anwar and the Pappu Yadav family a seat? None at all, is Tyagi's response to this query. In Big Face's honor, we won't remove any of our MPs. According to KC Tyagi, the "Big Face" that the congress is referring to in bihar is unable to win the elections on his own. In bihar, only Lalu Yadav and nitish kumar are well-known figures.
