A video of a man jumping on a judge and attacking him during a trial in an American court is going viral. A case was being held in the Clark County court of Nevada, USA. During a hearing before Judge Mary Kay Holthus, the accused, Delon Redden, asked for a period of probation under the supervision of a law abiding officer instead of being sent to prison.
But the judge rejected his request citing his criminal history. Due to this, Delon Retton, enraged, jumped on the judge and attacked him inside the courtroom where the case was being heard. The video shows Delon Redton punching the judge multiple times before jumping onto the bench where he was sitting to attack the judge. Judge Mary Kay Holthus and a marshal were also injured in the attack. But the judge refused to go to the hospital for treatment. However, the injured Marshall has been admitted to hospital for treatment.
