A beautiful picture of politics was seen in rajasthan yesterday. Former chief minister ashok gehlot yesterday reached

to meet the current chief minister Bhajan Lal. This meeting is being discussed in full swing in the political

circles of Rajasthan. Earlier, the former chief minister of rajasthan had met governor Kalraj Mishra. Even after

this meeting, all kinds of speculations were being made in the political circles of Rajasthan. However, the former

cm had described it as just a courtesy call. Once again ashok gehlot has raised the political temperature in the

state by meeting chief minister Bhajan Lal.

Yesterday, the first session of the newly formed 16th assembly of rajasthan started, where the newly elected MLAs

were sworn in. The proceedings of the session started at 11 am. Temporary Speaker of the assembly Kalicharan


Saraf administered the oath to the newly elected members. First of all, chief minister Bhajan Lal took oath as

MLA. After him, Deputy Chief Ministers diya Kumari and Premchand Bairwa took oath.

As soon as the house proceedings began, senior congress MLA Shanti Dhariwal objected to the sudden calling

of the session. congress MLAs reached the house wearing black bands on their arms to express their protest

against the suspension of opposition MPs in Parliament. Prominent data-faces present in the house included former

chief minister ashok gehlot from the congress side, congress State President Govind Singh Dotasara, former

Deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot and former chief minister Vasundhara Raje and other leaders from the ruling

BJP side.

This is the first session of the newly formed 16th assembly of Rajasthan. On the first day, 190 out of 199 MLAs

took oath. The MLAs who could not take oath due to not being present in the house will be administered the

oath on Thursday. Along with this, the election for the post of Speaker of rajasthan Legislative assembly will

also be held tomorrow.
