Karnataka State deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar has said that bomb threat to Bengaluru schools is a rumor. 15 schools in Bengaluru, the capital of karnataka, received bomb threats via email. 15 schools, including a school opposite karnataka deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar's residence, were sent threats from mysterious e-mail addresses, creating a panic. Immediately, all students were safely evacuated from the threatened schools. Bangalore City police Commissioner Dayanan said, “We have received a complaint about these tragic incidents. Immediately, the city's bomb disposal unit was dispatched to all the schools that reported the complaint." said.

We are here to protect your children.” Earlier, while 30 schools received similar emails daily last year, bomb threats to around 15 schools in Bengaluru city have escalated the situation again today.
In this regard, karnataka Home minister Parameswara said, "So far we have received information that bomb threats have been sent to 15 schools through e-mail. A similar bomb threat was issued last year as well. Don't want to take it for granted. Inspections are being conducted in schools and all precautionary measures are being taken. Strict action will be taken against those making threats.”
