The first day meeting of the indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (India), the opposition alliance
united against BJP, was held on thursday (31 August) at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Mumbai. In this, the strategy
for the lok sabha elections to be held next year was discussed. Sources told news that in the meeting, Congress
President mallikarjun Kharge and shiv sena (UBT) President uddhav thackeray proposed that a coordination
committee be formed. One leader of each party should be included in this. But some other leaders said that the
committee should be made small.
In the meeting, it was decided to form a sub-committee. This includes a committee for planning (issues and
programmes), a committee for research and data, a committee for action plan (social media), a group of
spokespersons and a committee for rallies.
Arvind Kejriwal's advice
According to sources, during the meeting, delhi Chief minister and aam aadmi party convenor Arvind Kejriwal
proposed that a separate mechanism should be made for seat sharing and the decision on seat sharing should be
taken by september 30. Even after the meeting, kejriwal said, "Seat sharing will happen in the entire country,
everywhere." We said that such work should be done everywhere." Many other leaders also suggested that the
process of seat sharing should be completed by september 30.
Didn't talk on the coordinator - Sources told news that in today's (Thursday, august 31) meeting there was
neither any discussion on the convenor and chairperson nor did anyone raise this issue. There was no discussion
on the logo of india alliance in the meeting.
When a special session of parliament was called, uddhav thackeray said, "A meeting has been called on the day
of Ganesh Chaturthi, Maharashtra's biggest festival. Know what khichdi they are cooking. We should not delay
