Ramzan 2022: Muslim employees in andhra pradesh can take early vacation during ramzan, according to a government decree. ramzan 2022: From april 3 to May 2, this regulation will be in effect on all working days.


The government of andhra pradesh stated on thursday that during the month of ramzan, all government employees, teachers, and contract staff who practise islam will be permitted to leave the office or school one hour earlier in the evening. From april 3 to May 2, this regulation will be in effect on all working days. Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, when Muslims fast from sunrise until dark. Prime minister Narendra Modi had previously congratulated people ahead of the start of Ramadan, the Muslim holy month. "This holy month, may it motivate individuals to aid the needy. May it further strengthen our society's sense of peace, harmony, and compassion. In delhi, there is a quarrel over an edict requiring Muslim employees to leave early. Previously, the New delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) stated that all Muslim employees who are fasting during ramzan might leave the office at 4.30 p.m. This judgement, however, was eventually reversed.


Satish Upadhyay, vice-president of the NDMC, objected to the decision, claiming that such a directive is not secular. The decree, according to the city authority, will remain in effect from april 3 to May 2.
