It was already announced that superstar Mahesh Babu is all set to venture next into producing web series, after already debuting as a producer in films with Srimanthudu years back. Of late the star has been focusing on various business avenues.
After launching his AMB cinemas multiplex last year in a grand manner, Mahesh Babu has now produced a web series joining hands with Jio entertainments and this will be directed by Hussain Shah who had earlier worked with Sukumar in Nanaku prematho.
The web series named Charlie spanning 24 episodes and split as three seasons will be a crime series with a detective protagonist, and it has been said that the web series will also be in Hindi so that it can reach a wider section of the audience.
