'Nenu Local' fails on both 'SUNDAY' as well as 'MONDAY TEST'
Nani's 'Nenu Local' suffered from a sluggish screenplay and ages old story. But still, Nani's energetic screen presence saved the movie from being a disaster and in fact, the movie was labeled as a HIT in USA Box-Office.
The movie minted money like anything from the premiere shows. The movie raked $167K from Premieres and on Friday it made $194K and $282K on Saturday. But, the movie failed miserable on Sunday due to the Superbowl. The Sunday Superbowl had a severe impact on the movie's collections.
The movie just earned $53K at 6 EST on Sunday. It was a dull weekend and the movie data-faced the same on Monday test too. Nani might data-face a downfall due to this sudden fall in collections. This also means that there would be a huge drop in future.
