Popular actor and star hero Jr. ntr approached the High Court. NTR has filed a petition in the high court regarding his house land dispute to cancel the order given by the DRT (Tribunal) that the banks have rights over his land. NTR approached the High Court. A lawyer filed a petition on behalf of NTR to quash the orders against him. The petition was heard by a division bench comprising Justice Sujay Pal and Justice J. Srinivasa Rao on Thursday. At this time, the high court rejected the request of NTR's counsel to allow a week to submit the docket order given by the tribunal and to allow the trial in the next vacation court. It has been announced that the next hearing of this case will be held on june 6 in the regular court.

In 2007, Jr. ntr bought an 881-square-yard plot of land in Jubilihills Housing Society from a woman named Sunku Geetha. Construction of the house was taken up on the site a year ago after obtaining all the permissions as per the law. However, Sunku geetha and her family mortgaged this place in 1996 and got a loan. But, she did not pay that loan. ntr says that he was not told about the matter during the purchase of the land.

In this order, SBI, Indus bank, bank of Baroda, and Oriental bank of Commerce approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal. The tribunal that inquired into this gave a verdict in favor of the banks. It has been clarified that ntr has rights over that place and banks have rights. In this background, junior ntr filed a complaint in the police station against Sunku Geetha who sold him the land. A case was registered against her. In this order, ntr approached the high court against the verdict given by the Tribunal.
