Pooja Hegde isn't one to avoid a workout. Rohit Nair, her trainer, recently shared a sneak glimpse inside her morning exercise routine on social media. The actress performed a number of lower-body exercises as part of her programme. From squats to lunges, she tackled each exercise with determination, demonstrating her dedication to her fitness regimen.
The housefull 4 star was observed doing a lower-body circuit with weights for added difficulty. These exercises not only improve balance and stability, but they are also linked to greater strength and vitality throughout the day. Dumbbells are regarded as good training equipment due to their ease of use and capacity to expand workout options.

Pooja Hegde was also spotted performing lunges and deadlifts, two workouts that may help shape and develop your muscles. If you're starting a workout with these repetitions, here are some critical points to keep in mind for best results and safety:
 

Proper Form: Proper posture is vital. To prevent putting too much tension on your lower back, keep your core engaged and your back straight while exercising. Strive for controlled movements during each exercise.
 
Choosing the proper weight: At first, it's best to use weights that make you feel comfortable. Once you've adjusted to the beat, you can raise the weights to push yourself. It is not recommended to rush into heavyweights on the first try, since this might cause to injury.
 
Variety: Work on improving your range of motion and performing a variety of activities. Doing the same circuit might get dull; instead, participate in exercises that target all muscle groups and work at your speed.
Warming up and cooling down: These are the most important phases of any workout. Prepare your body for your exercise with 5-10 minutes of cardio and stretching. After your workout, do 5-10 minutes of static stretches to increase flexibility and minimize muscular pain.
