With proper preparations, the show 'Marakuma Nenjam' was scheduled to be held in Aditya ram Palace City, chennai in september, and tens of thousands of fans gathered to watch the show. While it was planned to allow only 25,000 people, as more people gathered there, the people who came to see the program were suffering from no place to even stand. Not only did many people get caught in the crowd, some took advantage of the crowd to sexually harass women.

It was attributed to the carelessness of the ACDC in not organizing the event. Also, AR Raghuman offered refunds to around 4,000 people who came to see the show but were unable to see it.
