Rajinikanth gave his explanation about the Sanghi controversy when he met the media when he went to hyderabad for the shooting of Vediyaan.


Lal Salaam is actor Rajinikanth's debut film directed by his elder daughter Aishwarya. Rajini played the character of Moideen Bhai in the film. Lal Salam is releasing worldwide on february 9. Produced by Lyca, the film is composed by AR Raghuman. Lal Salaam music launch was held in chennai on Republic Day.

All the crew of Lal Salaam including actor Rajinikanth participated in this. aishwarya Rajinikanth's response to her father's critics went viral at the event. Accordingly, he said that he was angry when he saw his father being criticized as chunky. Talking about the fact that he is not chunky, he said that if he had been chunky, he would not have acted in Lal Salaam.


With Aishwarya's speech going viral, Superstar Rajinikanth, who arrived at the chennai airport today for the shoot of Vediyaan, was asked about the Sanghi controversy. To which Rajini replied, chunky is not a bad word. aishwarya also didn't mean it like that.


He spoke in the sense that I am a spiritualist and a lover of all religions. He was right. He did not speak like this for the promotion of the film. The film is very good. Rajini left with his trademark smile after saying that they have talked about religious harmony in the film.
